Why is ReadyBazzar here? – The Challenge
Getting hit by the global pandemic has transformed the way consumers shop for apparel and clothing, making online shopping a necessity. The tier II and tier III city consumers are adopting the online shopping method at a rapid pace. According to a report by UniCommerce (Pub: Oct 2020), Fashion and Apparel accounts for 50% of the total E-commerce Volume in Tier III cities. While the demand is massively growing, E-commerce giants are failing to realize one of the most important factors the consumers from these cities account for before making a purchase, which is “Affordability”. These low tier cities mainly consist of middle-class households with income that fulfills their basic necessities. Buying branded online fashion and apparel products is getting too heavy on their pockets. Apparently, the branding and heavy marketing by these e-commerce giants adds up the cost. So, these consumers are compelled to compromise with the quality and search for cheaper low-grade clothing from sketchy e-commerce websites which fits their budget. ReadyBazzar aims to bridge this gap between “Premium Quality” and “Affordability” making Premium High-quality products accessible and affordable for these consumers.
How is ReadyBazzar solving it? – Our Solution
We have keenly observed, researched and developed a unique Marketing and NoBranding approach, we are planning to cut the costs while keeping the quality of the product high. Under our NoBranding approach we are trying to shift the paradigm of “Premium Clothing” from Branded clothing to Non-Branded clothing which matches the same level of quality as the branded ones. In a nutshell, we are trying to create and serve our customers the same high-quality clothing and apparel products that big brands offer minus the branding costs. We have partnered with many delivery services making shipping available in 28,500+ pin codes so that we have greater reach to our targeted consumers. Thus, making our products accessible and affordable for the Tier II and III city consumers.
Why is ReadyBazzar different from others? – Uniqueness
While the other e-commerce companies are trying to get more and more brands under their offering, we tend to do something entirely different. With our No Branding approach, we are trying to create products that match the quality level of these brands but are way less in price compared to them because of no extra Branding costs added to them. Our products just include the making and processing costs. We are also using Artificial Intelligence services to determine the best delivery partner for every order making deliveries optimized and low cost.

ReadyBazzar aims to bridge the gap between high quality products and affordability. Our mission to bridge the gap between High Quality products and Affordability has led us to think of creating an algorithm and smart distribution channel to further minimize the fulfilment costs. This system will require lots of fulfilment centres, which will be operated by individuals working in coordination to achieve smooth and faster processing, which on coming into action will lead to employment generation for a lot of the youth in India. To support wealth creation, we are also working on implementing a simple Flat-rate online referral system for consumers which will help them to make a substantial income from the comforts of their home.
